**RESPONSIBILITIES**

The Creative Manager sits within the Marketing team, an in-house creative agency of multi-disciplinary talents spanning design, marketing and communications. The team plays a critical role in driving long-term brand equity through creative campaigns and brand portfolio development.

Reporting to the Creative Director, the Creative manager’s role involves project management, traffic, managing creative resources and the department’s revenue.

Responsibilities include:
**[Project Management]**

Overseeing projects across 11 brands, you would be managing all active projects for the Group. This would include manning the overall marketing calendar, scheduling discussion meetings, mapping out timelines and deliverables with the brand strategists and providing milestone updates to stakeholders across departments. This requires strong stakeholder management, communication skills, creative problem solving and organisation.

**[Traffic Control]**

You will be required to ensure work flows efficiently and smoothly across Brand, Creative and Operations teammates by fielding all creative and production requests across brands and managing deadlines with the available resources, from briefing stage to delivery. You will monitor and adjust deadlines and resources where required and manage our creative resources by assigning projects to the right individual based on their strengths and workflow, ensuring tasks are done on time and assessing ongoing creative workload. You will also anticipate bottlenecks, manage and problem solve resource issues, changes in campaign plans and timelines, clarify department priorities and escalate risks to key stakeholders.

**[Creative Production]**

You will participate actively in team discussions and ideation with both the brand strategists within marketing and as well as within the Creative team, serving as a thought partner in refining and bringing creative strategies to life.

**[Sourcing]**

You will be responsible for maintaining and updating the Group’s main vendor database for all sourcing production of collateral, in-venue touch points and other production needs. This includes maintaining healthy vendor relationships, owning the process of collecting quotes and issuing briefs to vendors for printing, packaging and brand-related items for venues across the group. This requires good multi-tasking and negotiation skills and the ability to be kind but firm. Attention to detail is also critical.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Min 5 years experience as a Project Manager, Traffic Coordinator or Studio Manager in a creative agency
- Excellent communicators of deadline-driven information to relevant parties
- Experience establishing effective workflows, prioritising complex projects and ability to evolve processes accordingly
- Exceptional people and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to proactively establish rapport, credibility and influence
- In-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing
- A technical knowledge of digital and tactile mediums is a plus
- A creative and strategic thinker, one who likes to push the envelope
- They need to be patient, detail-oriented and the ability to organize chaos while being flexible with changes
- Hustling skills and a discerning eye for detail and aesthetics
- Passion in F&B and the interest in creating memorable experiences
- Proficiency in project management apps like Asana, Monday, or Notion and Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
