**Responsibilities**:
Sales director responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, go-to-market strategies and action plans.
Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve financial targets.

**Job Tasks**
Define the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention.
Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximise sales opportunities.
Develop sales and distribution policies that reflect the organisation's goals.
Establish customer relationship management (CRM) systems and guidelines to manage customer
relationships.
Foster relationships with new partners to achieve desired revenue.
Promote positive relationships with major customers to understand their needs.
**Requirements**:
Proven track record of sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
Previous rich relevant working experience as a sales profession, held position as sales manager, or sales and
marketing director.
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills in Mandarin will be highly recommended.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
