**About the role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Go-to-person for production of social team’s creative assets, collaborate across departments to create a holistic, on-brand output.
- Ensure creative assets produced are made with the platforms in mind.
- Manage the creative process from planning the brief to completion.
- Develop creative social campaigns to educate and increase engagement with our customers, including working with influencers and partners.
- Communicate and coordinate project requirements and rationale to stakeholders, project leads, marketing, creative team members and third party vendors.
- Using your platform knowledge and creative skills to create attention-grabbing social content using the latest formats and techniques on each channel.
- Develop and manage a detailed project timeline and execution plan with proper workflow. Revisit and enhance the workflow and process regularly to ensure efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of project management and related social media experience
- Strong understanding of the crypto asset marketplace including cryptocurrencies, utility tokens, NFT’s, DeFi and GameFi.
- Able to work independently to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Fluency with core social media platforms with an understanding of the latest social media trends and strategies Strong familiarity with project management software tools (e.g Asana), and best practices
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to spot Crypto trends on the fly and leverage insights to draw sound recommendations
- Good understanding of design and creative and corresponding workflow.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with keen ability to re-prioritize on a consistent basis
- Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and be able to manage conflicting requirements from different stakeholders
