What You'll Actually Do

Manage and execute production workflows — storyboarding, scheduling, and logistics.

  • Work closely with editors and brand managers to deliver marketing campaigns.
  • Translate marketing strategies into high-performing visuals and social content.
  • Film and produce content at client locations.
  • Optimise creatives for Meta, TikTok, and
  • Support ongoing campaigns with creative improvements and data-led feedback.

Qualifications & Traits:

  • Familiar with the SONY Alpha Camera system
  • Preferred MBTI: ENFP, ENTP, INFJ, INFP, ENFJ
  • Required: You're familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or other editing tools.
  • If you describe yourself as a sponge that absorbs information well.
  • Have 1–2 years of experience in marketing, production, or agency environments.
  • A self-directed learner
  • Work well in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Are meticulous, motivated, and hands-on.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Internship, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $ $3,000.00 per month
