- 5、 具備資料分析概念，能熟練使用餐廳各系統。- Job Description
- 1、 根據年度經營目標,制定區域餐廳年度經營計畫、預算及工作計畫，並逐月分解；
- 2、 跟蹤區域餐廳預算的實際達成情況，總結經驗教訓，為下一週期預算提供依據；
- 3、 監控區域餐廳使用費用預算，確保區域目標的實現；
- 4、 區域人才發展規劃，評估人員現狀及儲備狀況，對各餐廳各崗位員工進行調整，適時調整人員配置；
- 5、 收集區域商圈市場趨勢、需求變化、競爭對手和客戶回饋方面的準確資訊，確保市場行銷計畫及店面經營的合理性、針對性；
- 6、 利用每月利潤管理表，指導完成控制標準食品成本、人工成本、水電費、維修保養費用等，並尋找提升利潤機會點；
- 7、 開展區域門店績效考核，不斷提升員工的工作能力和工作績效；
- 8、 根據市場儲值卡銷售計畫，監督、推進銷售達成。
