**Job Title**: Field Service Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Install and configure new equipment
- Ability to collaborate with others and work well on a team
- Document all work performed and provide reports to management
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Participate in emergency call on duty program
- Follow company procedures and safety policies

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Certificate in related electronic, electrical, mechanical, mechatronic, etc. or O Level / SPM / Skill Certificate in related industries.
- Preferred technical background in electronics, mechanics, and/or software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
