Singapore EQUALBASE DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research to support an organization’s goals, objectives, and policies
- Develop and implement research strategies, such as developing new methodologies for collecting data
- Responsible for monitoring developments in the property market (construction cost development, construction pipelines, etc.) in all target countries and submarkets
- Keep up to date of market trends, economic, government policies, financial market movements, competitor updates
- Project related research on site environment (main target customers, market developments, etc.)
- Communicate regularly with other departments in order to understand their needs and to ensure that research projects are meeting those needs
- Coordinate with other departments within an organization to ensure that research is aligned with business goals
- Conduct research studies in a variety of business disciplines, such as sociology, economics, or political science
- Review findings with peers or senior management to determine if further research is needed to confirm conclusions
- Determine appropriate methods of data collection and analysis, such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, or statistical models

**Skills**:

- Degree in Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain Management. Master’s Degree Preferred.
- Min 8 Years work experience in freight forwarding / supply chain / contract logistics environment. Sound analytical skills is must
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative research skills; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a range of audiences, stakeholders, funders, and partners
- Strong research and analytical skills including the ability to gather, interpret and effectively communicate macroeconomic, capital market and property market data
- Critical thinking skills that can convert data into meaningful relationships and information to drive quality decision making
- Ability to work independently
- Self-starter and excellent organization skills to be able to handle multiple activities.
- Problem-solving ability to identify a problem, develop a solution and implement that solution
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate information clearly and efficiently with different levels of customer organization and other departments
- Commercial awareness
- Proficiency in English language
