**PRIMARY FUNCTION**
- Reporting to the Marketing Manager (MM), this person will assist and work closely with MM to develop, plan and execute marketing, promotional and digital strategies in line with brand guidelines to ensure overall brand’s objectives are achieved.
- Support MM to help manage operational aspects related to Inflight, GWP, Quality, Inventory and to drive business growth.
- Provide support to the Sales team in the execution of product launches, on counter re-promote initiatives, in-store events, social marketing support related to livestream requests e.g. collaterals
- Engage in business analysis to proactively review campaign recaps and best practices to share with NY TR Marketing and TR APAC Sales team
- Work closely with key stakeholders
- New York Marketing team, TR APAC Sales team, Education Team, Integrated Marketing (IM) Team and appointed vendors to ensure successful planning, coordination and execution of marketing and digital campaigns
RESPONSIBILITIES

**1. **Digital Consumer Marketing (60%)**
- Work under the supervision of Marketing Manager to align and propose Digital Marketing and Social media plans for key campaigns, responsible to submit detailed and timely media briefs to IM Team; follow up on campaign recap and share learnings with key stakeholders
- Work with Digital Agency to update retailer digital websites by working with sales team, analyze digital efforts with team after every launch; work with local agency to customize images used for client digital websites while keeping to Brand’s Guidelines

Social Marketing: Social, Influencer and Livestream
- Work closely with MM, Sales Team & Integrated Marketing (IM) corporate teams to strategically grow the brands’ social footprint through effective social campaigns, maximizing visibility to drive consumer engagement & social outreach.
- Conceptualizing innovative approach to social campaigns and cultivating a strong network of TR influencers.
- Manage livestreaming / Virtual Selling requests, preparations and execution; work closely with Sales team/EDU for retailer required assets such as scripts, content articulation, digital and social assets requirement, display, etc.
- Analyze social campaigns and livestream projects to determine efficacy, best practices and areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of key digital and social trends, best practices, industry standards, and latest technologies that could be applicable to Travel Retail

**2. **Consumer Engagement (25%)**

**a. **Assets & Translations**
- Responsible for prompt review and download of relevant information and assets from Global sites eg GMW, ELC DAM to ensure that marketing updates are shared and timelines adhered to. Coordination of work with TR NY, VM, Agency, Education and Sales teams on all consumer facing engagement materials.
- Compile all assortment translations including approved product images and update in master assortment (TRDM) in a timely manner before due deadlines
è Coordinate translations of copy with agency, alignment with affiliates where applicable, including liaising with representative from TR APAC Sales team for proof reading.
- Conceptualization of Marketing Tools/ Collaterals / Local GWPs for Launches and Promotions for Regions and Retailers.

è Ensure collaterals and GWPs are on brand and adhere to Brand’s sustainability initiative

è Coordinate all logistics aspects involved for global and local production orders of GWPs and collaterals

**b. **Special Events & Projects**
- Support MD/MM and collaborate closely with cross functional teams on the planning and execution of special events and projects. Provide clear objectives and strategies for field implementation. Maintain effective budget controls on marketing lines
- Ensure a holistic 360° O2O retail experience that is in line with the brand, launch and channel standards to drive consumer engagement, create luxury experiences and strengthen brand exposure
- Close collaboration with IM team on optimizing impactful digital and social execution for special events.
- Close collaboration with Regional/ Affiliate teams and translation agency to synergize social communications, including liaising with representatives from Sales team for proof reading.
- Source, liaise, and negotiate with vendors to ensure smooth, timely and cost-effective deliverables.
- Preparation of post-event recap reports and share learnings with key stakeholders

**3. **Trade Marketing & Others**

**a. **Inventory Management**
- Assist in Inventory management via accurate maintenance of assortment matrix, launch order tracking, close management of saleable/non-saleable in distribution hub (including excess list) to ensure that they are ordered through promptly, Oversee the allocation and distribution of all new product launch, point of sales collaterals GWP, samples and testers.
