**Is this your next challenge in finance transformation and agile workflow?**
- Supports Group Finance Accounting & Control-Transformation Team, working closely with multiple Business Units, and Store Support Center stakeholders across the Group, any upstream and downstream business processes related to Finance function activities to:

- Develop group processes, standard operating procedures, and solutions
- Ensure that approved business requirements are properly executed
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are properly documented and maintained
- Identify process improvement and potential cost savings where applicable
- Implements efficient process changes that are consistent with best practice
- Advise different Finance teams on Finance related systems, including the process flow, functionalities, and limitations
- Support local market Finance Teams as and when required for local systems incident resolution/escalation
- Ensure implemented processes are following established policies and standard operating procedure
- Project team area of work involves the following:

- Assigned Project tasks to be delivered as per Project timeline requirement
- Collect and consolidate information related to Finance project initiatives
- To maintain project documentation timely and accurately
- Develop and maintain End User Training materials
- Organize and facilitate End User Training sessions
- Identify and escalate project risks and issues immediately to Project Managers

**Do you have experience in business analysis and finance transformation?**
- Diploma or Degree in Business/Finance Studies. Some basic accounting/financial knowledge will be preferred
- Proficient in using MS Excel, MS Words, MS PowerPoint and Visio
- Knowledge of SAP Retail or FI or CO modules, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), E-Workflow, will be highly considered.
- Minimum 1-2 years of Business Analyst experience in in Retail or FMCG industry Finance Process improvement and/or System implementation projects with basic Project Management skills will be good
- Shows initiative and demonstrates a proactive approach
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Mature and committed and able to work independent and under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English with Mandarin and Cantonese an advantage
