This is an essential role that will contribute to the enhancement and future of Nium’s Foreign Exchange (FX) products and services. FX pricing, execution, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting is at the very core of Nium’s global money movement business and helps support Nium’s core value proposition of seamless money movement globally in numerous currencies. You’ll be a key player on a world-class product team, driving long-term brand value, bringing roadmap items to life, increasing the value derived from Nium’s product offerings, designing innovative features, and improving core metrics around product capabilities, value for customers, and favorability in the industry. You can analyze the marketplace, understand trends, and translate that into clear and compelling features/products. You are passionate about finance and payments. You have a knack for solving complex issues and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo. You have a deep understanding of how money moves across borders and the challenges that exist in the current payments landscape. You’ll take us to the next level by helping us automate and enhance liquidity management, reconciliation, settlement, partnership integration, and more. You will pay a major role in helping us improve integration and communication between different systems internally and with external vendors. The Principal Product Manager will report into the Director, Product Management. The role can be based in India or Singapore. **Requirements**: **What we want you to do here**: - Enrich Nium’s FX offering by designing and developing innovative rate management and execution options for customers. - Digitize, simplify, and automate processes to attain operational efficiencies. - Manage banking integration for a growing number of financial institutions for FX and Treasury related activities (deal execution, funding, settlement, reconciliation, tracking, etc.). - Enhance communication methods with financial institutions via SWIFT, API, and other technological means. - Help automate money movement between Nium and its various financial institution partners. - Identify risks (inherent and residual) in all processes and mitigate in partnership with appropriate business stakeholders. - Develop technological capabilities to automate and streamline reconciliation with financial institution partners. - Continually look for ways to improve customer experience (internally and externally). - Continually align product initiatives with overall business goals. - Reimagine and optimize the organization to support current and future business needs. - Build, develop and manage a high-performing team culture to achieve breakthrough results; exceptionally high standards and holds self and others accountable. - Based on feedback from customers and business partners, develop and execute on an ambitious and exciting product roadmap. - Generating product ideas and concepts to refine Nium’s offerings. - Overseeing product planning and execution. - Working closely with the Director of Product to execute product deliverables. - Managing external partnerships and vendor relationships to ensure there are no service interruptions. - Working with various teams to understand the global nature of Nium and find synergy. - Continually monitor and measure the impact of our product strategy and iterate as needed. **About you**: We, at Nium, are on a mission to transform modern money movement.
