Job Profile Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for the review and execution of payroll related duties. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to Head, HR Service Excellence and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate processing of payroll matters.
**Job Description**:
- In house processing of payroll
- Ensure efficient and high quality execution of payroll processing
- Handle CPF processing and income tax issues
- Process NS claims, child care leave and maternity leave
- Attend to payroll specific staff inquiries with a customer service mindset
- Update and maintain payroll records and reports
- Manage cross entity cost charging
- Manage people budgeting exercise
- Support audit related activities
- Vendor management
- Drive process improvement projects

Working Experience
- At least 8 years of direct experience in payroll processing
