You will be a part of HPB’s Strategic Planning & Collaboration (SPC) team which drives and guides the Board's direction in ensuring good health of the population by identifying strategic thrusts, providing evidence-informed recommendations, and establishing strategic collaborations, locally and internally. The Planning Team assists our CE and senior leadership in decision-making in areas relating to strategy and performance reporting at the organisational level, including reporting to the Board of Directors and Ministry of Health. This includes driving corporate work-planning processes, shaping the Board narratives, aligning internal and external stakeholders’ interests.

**What you will be working on**
- The job holder will be part of the team to oversee HPB’s Strategic Planning development, deliver Corporate planning functions, inclusive of Board’s annual workplans, performance reporting, KPI monitoring (in collaboration with divisions)and evaluation, as well as organisation of senior management reporting platforms.

**What we are looking for**
- Scope As a key contributor of the SPC team, you will facilitate the strategy alignment and coordination with business units for overall Board outcomes, in consultation with HPB's senior management and key stakeholders. You will also manage the corporate planning process to ensure alignment of corporate strategic direction, implementation plans and outcomes, and organisational priorities. You will be a contributor or Project Lead to substantiate and further Divisional work. e.g. impact analysis, logic maps, and priority area narratives. You will also aid strategic decision making and perform secretariat functions at decision-making forums, such as Board of Directors, inclusive of Board Meetings and Retreat. And last but not the least, your role will give you immense opportunities to work across the various divisions in HPB Skills and Experience You’ll Bring You’ll need to be a dynamic and self-motivated individual with at least 2-5 years of relevant working experience in strategic and corporate planning as well as relevant background/qualifications in public health, economics, or social sciences, preferably in the public sector and possess: - Ability to work in fast-paced teams and comfortable to navigate ambiguities and uncertainties. - Excellent people skills, in order to develop strong relationships with stakeholders to align objectives and efforts. - Strategic planning experience or a strong record of extensive collaborative multi-stakeholder projects - Meticulous with strong analytical and investigative mind-set to deliver solutions. - Excellent project management, writing and presentation skills and exhibit curiosity in prevailing public health issues If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take challenges and dynamism in your stride, as well as adapt to new situations and challenges quickly, this is the job for you
