In this role you will be expected to carry out the following responsibilities:

- Industry, market and value chain analysis, long range planning to develop the Group’s 5 - 10 years growth plans
- Develop internal supply and demand models by engaging industry partners, consultants and internal commercial teams to understand market dynamics, supply excess/shortage situations, etc
- Planning and coordination across the Group’s various manufacturing facilities to determine the individual facilities’ production plan to optimize Group’s profitability
- Participate and/or lead in merger and acquisition opportunity analysis
- Engage finance and operations team to understand the cost structure of the individual businesses and product lines within the group in order to optimize profitability Work and communicate directly with senior management of the Group

In this role, you will also be expected to support top management on strategic mapping exercises and to facilitate discussions for top management on key business matters. With the Group’s existing growth plans, you will have the opportunity to grow with the Group, create value, and develop yourself professionally in an exciting and challenging environment.

**Requirements**:

- Good degree in Engineering, Accountancy, Business Administration, Mathematics or Sciences, from a reputable university
- Good track record with minimum 5 years experience working in corporate strategic planning and corporate development, supply and/or production planning, banking and finance or business consulting
- Exposure to commodities or continuous manufacturing sector is an advantage but not required
- Good knowledge of strategic planning, corporate finance and investment principles with financial modelling skills
- Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong communication skills, good verbal and written English.
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to work under pressure under tight timelines
- Integrity, positive attitude, versatile, hands-on approach, attention for details
