As the Chief Operating Officer in e-commerce, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization and ensuring that the company's technology is operating efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategies to achieve the organization's goals and objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and implementation of the organization's business strategy
- Develop and manage operational plans to support the business strategy
- Ensure that the organization's e-commerce technology is secure, reliable, and scalable
- Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics for the e-commerce operations
- Manage the organization's projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards
- Lead the recruitment, development, and retention of team members
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in web3 technology and advise the executive team accordingly
- Identify and mitigate operational risks related to web3 technology

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred.
- More than 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in the e-commerce industry
- Strong knowledge of web3 technology, including its architecture, security, and scalability
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce projects and teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
