**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**FairPrice Group** operates the largest supermarket chain and the largest cooked food hawker and cafeteria chain in Singapore. At FairPrice Group, we are committed to make lives better for our customers, community, environment and employees. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be ambassador of FairPrice Group to deliver good service to customers who need assistance with their purchases.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate feedback reports
- Work closely with various stakeholders which includes but not limited to the operations, product and technology teams, as well as logistics vendors in coordination of customers’ requests

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum GCE ‘N’ level or ‘O’ Level with customer service experience
- Working knowledge in systems such as Zendesk or SAP is an advantage
- Independent, team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Proficient in excel
- Past working experience in call centre is an advantage

**OTHER INFORMATION**:

- Working days: 5 days’ work week (inclusive of Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays)
- Working hours: 3 rotating shifts (8.30am to 6pm, 10.30am to 8.00pm or 1.00pm to 10.30pm)
