We are looking for Part-time Customer Service Officers to work together with us in a great & positive working environment at our tuition centre in the West area at **Frontier CC (5mins walk to Boon Lay MRT)**. **We welcome you to join us, and will offer you**: - A Happy, Positive & Cheerful environment, because life is hard enough as it is - we don't need more stress at work (seriously) - Being able to deal directly with kids, who are the most innocent & bubbly humans in society (who're not looking to deal you any harm when you're not looking) - Seated most, if not ALL the time (who likes standing?) - FULLY air-conditioned environment that is CLEAN and NOT dusty and NOT hot (actually sometimes it might be too cold, so bring a jacket)... - You will be working with mostly pen, paper & laptops, learning the INs and OUTs of customer service & operations management, improving the experiences of our clients, and “levelling up” in your personal experience in dealing with people. - Lastly, we will pay you a GOOD salary because we all need money to survive, don't we? We are NOT low-balling employers who try to “cut” you by giving you a low salary and telling you to "you learn first, we see how next time"... but the next time never comes **We are looking for suitable Part-time Customer Service Officers to work on**: - Tuesday to Friday 2:30pm to 9:30pm - Saturday 10am to 9:30pm - Sunday 10am to 7:30pm **(Must be able to commit for mínimally 1 year,** **at least 2 days a week)** If you are reading all the way to this point, then this post might interest you...
