**About the Role**

This position will be responsible for end-to-end Supply Chain Management; consisting of Supply Planning, Order Fulfilment, Procurement, Shipping and Warehousing to result in operations excellence and create competitive advantage in the APAC market.

**Your Team**

In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain.

**What You Will Do**
- Set up master-data for NPI models.
- Coordinate on demand forecast and sales order.
- Liaising with Global Supply Chain team to control supply of products based on market situation/demand and capacity of factory supply.
- Develop and manage the supply chain strategy and processes which involve monitoring of oversea production.
- Analyze Supply & Demand, manage surplus (VSF) and place purchase requisition for any shortage.
- Maintain product information (e.g HS code, Form E/D, COO) in system.
- Managing intercompany in-out bounds shipments.
- Maintaining warehouse inventory accuracy by engaging annual stock count, ensuring all the in-bound product packaging are in good condition. Disseminate POR (NPI) information to all functions.
- Uploading of product serial numbers for direct shipment into SAP system.
- Arranging of NPI/Demo/Dummy units to distributors/SG office.

**What You Need**
- Diploma & above in related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain or related field.

**What is Nice to Have**
- Production planning or Supply Chain certifications (CPIM, APICS, CSCP, etc).
- Knowledge of SAP system.
- Talent and aptitude to analyse and solve problems independently.
- Project management skills and ability to assess problems and develop solutions as well as creating or adjusting processes.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of supply chain management, procurement, order fulfillment, inventory, operations, productions control and ETA planning.
- Prior experience in consumer electronics or FMCG.
