**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain the ISO-compliant QMS.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 (or other applicable ISO standards) and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare for and manage ISO audits (internal and external).
- Work with auditors and certification bodies for ISO certification and re-certification.
- Establish and monitor quality objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure proper document control and record-keeping in line with ISO requirements.
- Develop and execute the internal audit program to assess compliance with ISO standards.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies related to quality and compliance.
- Train employees on ISO requirements, quality standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure quality is integrated into all processes.
- Address customer complaints and feedback, ensuring timely resolution.
- Monitor and improve supplier quality and ensure compliance with quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a QA role.
- Certifications: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or other relevant ISO certifications preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality standards.
- Experience in audits, CAPA, and process improvement.
- Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma, Lean, 8D).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
