Overview:
The Financial Assistant (Fixed Term 4 months contract) will support the Regional Financial Planning and Analysis Manager in the timely, accuracy and insightful analysis on financial performance of Business Groups and Divisions for the Asia Pacific region.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**:

- Assist in the Financial data mining and reporting, such as uploading of data in the management report system for forecast and budgeting purposes, perform data extraction on invoiced sales, TP costs, and standard costs, collate sales flash commentaries, generation of detailed GP and summarized P&L for all country and divisions, consolidate all country operating expenses to Executive Dashboard and Department breakdown
- Financial Review and Analysis of sales agregation product lines, market groups, inventory related adjustments, cost, rental amortization, Logisitics period expenses, headcount racking, Opex summary.
- Assist in the Financial forecasting & Budgeting planning such as in collating, translating of sales projections, bridging analysis for sales, OPEX etc.
- Support in adhoc tasks such as maintain GP calculator form, commission and bonus computation, generate reports etc

**What You Bring**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Finance and Accounting or related discpline
- Minimum 2-3 years of FP&A experience
- Good proficiency in MS Excel
- Able to work under stress
