
Childcare Admin Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the day-to-day administration and operational support to the group
- Input data on Centre Management System
- Prepare financial and centre reports (e.g. petty cash, daily collections and centre enrolment report etc)
- Liaise with parents
- Perform any other duties as assigned
**Job Requirements**:
- Preferably 1 year of experience in a preschool environment
- Proficient with MS Office. Comfortable to learn new systems and technologies
- Able to multitask and work within deadline.
- Good interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable liaising with parents through various communication platforms
- Able to work independently and also a team player
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per month
