Experiences in executing Feasibility studies, FEED development work, Cost Estimation, Detailed Engineering, Systems Integration, Project Management, Interface Management, Field Construction, commissioning activities, Procurement Coordination, Subcontracting Management, Bidding and bid processing and Business Development activities in upstream and downstream oil & gas and chemical, pharmaceutical and power and renewable energy projects
- Plan, coordinate and oversee the technical and engineering activities of an organisation and also responsible and overseeing the efficient running of projects, including providing supervision and guidance to other engineers in Singapore and other countries
- Accountable for planning and allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders communicated.
- Multi discipline and cross functional experiences in the engineering company
- Responsible to implement Change Management process in the project
- Monitoring and controlling Project KPI (SPI, CPI. LTI, TRIR, EAC) and business financials (P&L, Cashflow, EBITA, ROI, IRR) and management reporting
- Identify business opportunities and develop business relationships with EPC project customers in APAC region that includes Singapore, India and middle eastern region
- Research and identify markets trends in the energy, oil and gas and petrochemical industries
- Project forecasting and prepare potential project opportunities
- Work closely with Key Account Manager to develop business relationships with potential customers
- Project presentation and clarification with both internal and external customers
