**Responsibilities**:

- Provide practical engineering solutions through reviewing the design and installation of existing building energy systems, such as chillers, heating, industrial compressed air system, ACMV, lighting and plug load management, etc., and developing energy performance improvement plans to achieve costs and energy saving for building owners.
- Provide technical & engineering support to BOOT & EPC model contracts on operation & maintenance.
- Network, establish and build a broad base relationship with customers and authorities.
- Identify problems and pain points of prospective clients, derive viable and innovative solutions to resolve the technical problems and pain points through collaboration with internal engineering team, external vendors, solutions and servicing providers.
- Provide support on Energy Efficient solutions to customers with detailed operating & life cycle cost.
- Perform site inspections & propose solutions to FM site team on technical related issues.
- Perform technical audits & generate reports for our internal FM sites.
- Be part of the training committee to provide training and impart knowledge to internal employees and external partners.
- Review and provide inputs on OPEX for BOOT & EPC model new project.
- Keep abreast with the latest development of innovative energy efficiency technologies in the market and adopt the technologies when and where appropriate.
- Provide technical support to O&M team on developing the T&Cs procedures and methodology including the review of system performance guarantee.
- Led the team to perform technical & M&E audit support to all divisions.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

**Responsibilities**:

- Degree in Engineering with at least 10 years of working experience in Operations and Maintenance or related fields.
- ** Possess a Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM).**:

- Strong technical knowledge with at least 3 years of experience in managing the Utilities operation and maintenance of HVAC systems, steam boiler, air compressors, Glycol chiller etc in large scale industrial buildings.
- ** Strong ACMV knowledge is preferred.**:

- Good knowledge and experience in ISO 50001 energy management system and BCA GM scheme.
- Knowledge in the principles of design, construction, engineering and building regulations.
- Analytical, organized and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust priority as needed to meet deadlines.
- Software skills include Microsoft Office and data analytics.
- Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour.
