**What you will do**:

- Responsible for analyzing user conversion paths on various media, including improving product functions such as user acquisition, retention, and conversion, and working with relevant cooperation teams to achieve business goals.
- In-depth analysis of various business scenarios, explore the combination of algorithms and user growth paths, and output product achievable product solutions.
- Design automated product delivery strategies to improve platform's automated delivery capabilities, including creation, rules, targeting, and creative strategies.Collaborate with data analysts, strategy algorithm engineers, and other teams to expand growth product solutions.

**What you will need**:

- 3-5 years of experience in internet or gaming industry, with preference given to those with experience in user growth or advertising platform products.
- Excellent problem analysis and solving skills, sensitive to data, with strong data analysis and logical reasoning abilities.
- Excellent logical and communication skills, able to abstract business logic into product capabilities, with good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Strong business understanding, fast adaptation and product exploration abilities.
- Passionate about ACG industry, with unique insights on gaming industry preferred.
