**Position Purpose**:
- Work closely with the Sales team to implement the approved Marketing strategy for JV SEA + HKG, for all brands of the group; Elizabeth Arden brand and all the licensed Brands
- To support and assist the General Manager in all areas to ensure the objectives of the Marketing Department are met.
**Responsibilities**:
Marketing Strategy
- To define the master marketing calendar for the region by identifying the priorities by brand. This includes the forecast of all innovations & collaterals, the definition of the merchandising guidelines, launch activities, events & media campaign planning.
- To understand how this plan can be implemented by country. Be able to customize & recommend while defining the A&P of each account in collaboration with the various markets.
- To implement all the above into a financial plan which fits the given budget & monitor it through the fiscal year.
- To define a launch plan for all key launches and ensure the execution is per plan
- To be responsible for the pricing strategy of all innovations based on regional product benchmark & gross margin analysis.
Media & PR
- To define the relevant media strategy by brand & by market with given budget & present it to Global for approval.
- To understand how to plan the media budget & be able to develop a media brief by account.
- To work closely with agency to identify all opportunities and maximize ROI for all media campaigns in Singapore.
- To challenge the markets when activities are not planned or budget is not allocated in an optimal way.
- To plan and coordinate all PR events with the distributors.
- Liaise with fashion houses to work on tie-up events & generates synergies between teams.
Forecasts Management
- To manage forecasts for innovations efficiently - optimize forecasts accuracy, ensure that forecasts are entered in due time, manage the flow of information between various departments.
- To monitor the master forecast tracker and ensure that all programs are fully forecasted as per budget & minimize quarterly liabilities.
- To monitor the monthly forecast rollover, update the monthly DME file & be able to provide relevant information to the forecasting & finance teams during the monthly forecast consensus meeting.
- To ensure & monitor an optimal & efficient assortment for all markets.
Visual Merchandising & Counter Design
- To be responsible for all counter renovations & designs projects of the region. Work closely with each distributor & our design agent to define functional designs that are in line with our corporate look.
- To make sure that all materials are globally approved & follow up on all creative requests.
- To define the renovations plans with the distributor and our Capex support with the General Manager.
- To monitor all promotions across the region - provide necessary guidelines and template in due time.
- To define the regional transparency and Visual Merchandising strategy and ensure in-store excellence across all locations.
- To ensure that the internal picture library is updated every time market visit is done.
- To manage & recommend projects in partnership with local contractor to source for more optimal materials and develop specific tools for the region in terms of POS.
