**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Support Volunteer Manager on Recruitment and Onboarding of Volunteers.
- Facilitate in Volunteer Deployment.
- Support and execute programs and initiatives with volunteers for our residents.
- Generate report and statistics.
- Organize festive events, village gatherings.
- Stand in for volunteers to lead certain games, art and crafts etc.
- Volunteer Evaluation and Appreciation.
- To undertake tasks as assigned by Volunteer Manager.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Able to work on 1 weekend per week to support volunteer programs.
- Able to commit at least 4 days per week (part-time).
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
- Good organisational ability, is resourceful and is able to see project from inception to completion.
- Discern sensitive issues and offer reasonable council/suggestions to solve the problem or handle the situation.
- Microsoft Office & other creative software.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 34 per week

**Salary**: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per month
