In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying new and potential customers and selling them our fantastic products and services. You'll get to negotiate deals, make sales, and ensure customer satisfaction by providing post-sale services. Plus, you'll get to work with a team of sales professionals who are dedicated to achieving project profitability and billing levels within your assigned customer accounts. - Work as part of a sales team dedicated to specific account(s).
- Prospect and establish new customers
- Manage a sales pipeline and develop and deliver proposals to customers.
- Sell consultatively and determine customer needs and requirements.
- Make recommendations to prospects and customers of the various solutions offered.
- Develop strategic account business plans for sales growth and quota attainment.
- Build and sustain customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage a vast product portfolio and execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide and generate quotations and handle customer returns or complaints.
- Pull sales reports to track sales activities, account performance, and forecast performance.
- Work directly with local manufacturer representatives to improve product knowledge and account profitability.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Degree in biotechnology, lifesciences, chemistry and biological chemistry, pharmaceutical science or equivalent required.
- Experience: At least 5 years of Sales/ Account Management experience preferred. B2B or distributor sales experience is preferred
