**Principal Responsibilities**
- The role will manage Domestic Payments P&L for GPS Singapore for domestic payments under this role, strategic initiatives and will assist in developing and implementing payments and cash management product performance and help in defining strategies, ensuring alignment with global product standards and propositions
- The Domestic Payments Product manager will be performing the following tasks including Management and control of Risk, Fraud and Governance projects, Product and Marketing strategy for Domestic Payment products for Singapore and support other payment products and associated billing activity, Short term and long term product roadmap and vision, AML and Sanctions screening product alignment to global standards and policies, Pricing model and pricing strategy, Liaison with third party vendors including fintech companies, processing platform, MI reporting and data dashboard, Point of reference for payment and cash management sales, commercialization and RM community, Principal member of the global team for product alignment and standardization
- The Domestic Payments product manager will manage day to day product management and Risk or compliance activities, especially assisting sales in positioning the product in alignment to CMB and GBM strategies, both at a regional level and a global level
- Provide insight on local customer needs, emerging market trends, infrastructure development, competitors move and the regulatory environment related to the assigned product suite
- Support Sales teams on solutioning of complex deals, oversee the implementation of such deals, particularly those involve customer specific enhancements

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated ability to manage Profit and Loss, product proposition and credit policy and risk
- Good to have Payments product program management experience
- Work experience in banking, preferably in cash management, or market client facing banking functions
- Proven experience in product management, technology and operations, process improvements or project management disciplines
- Practical knowledge in solution sales and implementations are highly desirable
- Strong team player, highly motivated with an achievement-oriented approach to business
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse complex problems, interpret customer or operational needs and develop integrated, creative solutions
