Clinical Director

The Clinical Director will provide strategic leadership and oversight for all clinical activities within the Family Dental Centre (FDC), ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and service excellence. This role serves as the Clinical Governance Officer, focusing on clinical governance, continuous improvement, and professional development.
**Key Responsibilities:
**1. Clinical Leadership and Communication**
- Lead the clinical team to ensure alignment with the organization's objectives of delivering exceptional clinical and service quality.
**2. Clinical Quality and Best Practices**
- Oversee clinical quality standards, provide timely performance feedback, and coordinate training programmes to enhance clinical skills.
**3. Innovation and Technological Advancement**
- Keep the organization at the forefront of clinical and technological innovation by introducing new services, equipment, software, and techniques.
**4. Clinical Feedback Management**
- Collaborate with relevant Departments to address and resolve clinically-related feedback, ensuring continuous improvement in patient care and service.
**5. Evaluation and Procurement of Clinical Resources**
- Assess materials, equipment, and technologies, and provide recommendations that enhance clinical capabilities.
**6. Clinician Recruitment and Development**
- Identify, recruit, and retain top-quality dental professionals to build a strong pipeline of clinicians.
- Support the professional growth of the clinical team through mentorship and development initiatives.
**7. External Relations and Partnerships**
- Establish and maintain open communication channels with external stakeholders, including other dental practices, hospitals, dental suppliers, laboratories, and regulatory bodies.
- Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in clinical practices.
