**What the role is**

As a Senior Officer / Graduate & Career Services, your primary role would be to manage, analyze and interpret data from Graduate Employment Surveys. You will work closely with vendor and other members to ensure that all data is accurate, timely, and relevant. You will also play a key role in supporting alumni events, career services, doing outreach via social media and other related activities.

**What you will be working on**
- Manage, analyses and report data from graduates' employment surveys
- Develop and implement processes to ensure timely and accurate data collection and analysis
- Create reports that provide insights into graduate employment trends and outcomes
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data management and analysis
- Collaborate with other members of the team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies
- Assist in awards ceremonies, alumni activities, and other related events
- Provide support for alumni and career services
- Manage alumni social media accounts and conduct outreach

**What we are looking for**
- Relevant credential in business, statistics, or social sciences
- At least 3 years of experience in data management, analysis, and reporting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong customer service orientation and commitment to excellence
