Automation Test Engineer

We are looking for an Automation Test Engineer with solid technical experience and good interface to define and implement test automation for a web-based Business Intelligence Software.

**Responsibilities**:
**_Ensure and leading the activities and tasks on: _**
- Document, review & execute UAT
- Support system developers with the root cause analysis on issues encountered
- Create Unit test cases to cater Data Analytics and Data Engineering pipelines
- Provide inputs of improving current methods of Testing standards as per client requisition
- Derive test case / steps out of the system requirements and design specification
- Create user acceptance tests documents based on identified test cases and drive the approval process with the end user
- Work closely with various development teams in analysing issues for further bug fixing
- Responsible for the complete testing lifecycle from planning, development, creation of test requirements, preparation of reports, tracking of bug fixing
- Implement and maintain test scripts/testing tools in python

**Key Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines
- Good to have understanding of Groovy, Nifi UI, Jenkins
- Good understanding of System Architecture
- Good technical document writing Skills
- Proficient in creating test cases, test scenarios and test steps
- Good hands on experience in Python or Selenium for test automation
- Experience in writing SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting is beneficial
- Good experience in test documentation, defect analysis, tracking and reporting
- Extended ability in interpersonal, intercultural communication and contribution to multiple teams
- Certified Software Tester (CSTE) certification or/and ISTQB Test Certifications is added advantage

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
