Our Marketing team handles a wide array of tasks, and they work with a multitude of online ecommerce channels as well as bricks-and-mortar retail stores. We are on the search for a passionate and driven Assistant Trade Marketing Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in our rapid and exciting expansion.

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic trade marketing plans that will increase brand awareness and drive sales revenue through our trade channels.

**About this role**:

- Develop and execute trade marketing plans to increase sales and market share across online channels and retail partners.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing programs with sales objectives.
- Identify and execute opportunities to grow our e-commerce business through promotional campaigns, search optimization, and other initiatives.
- Analyze market and customer data to identify trends and opportunities and use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and creative assets for use in marketing campaigns and programs.
- Manage budgets and timelines for all trade marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for optimization and improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, with a focus on e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and online advertising channels.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets and timelines for multiple projects simultaneously.
