The College of Engineering (CoE) is a leader in Engineering education and research. **The Role**:
We are looking for a Assistant Director, Communications for the College of Engineering (CoE). This role is critical to ensure that the outstanding research and teaching activities produced by CoE are recognized globally. He/She is responsible in creating and disseminating strategies at the College level to continue to increase the quality of faculty and staff members of CoE. The success of this initiative will contribute towards NTU's objectives as one of the top global university.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement integrated communication strategies at the College level.
- Develop and manage the College's social media presence, campaigns and activities and website.
- Orchestrate and collaborate with the communication team at the different schools to curate and develop content, stories, videos which highlight the ongoing research and teaching activities and achievements..
- Manage and increase the web, social media, and print activities for CoE.
- Build up the communication capabilities and capacities within the College and Schools

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master of Science's degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering
- 8 to 10 years of relevant working experience
- Ability to manage and work with various stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in scientific writing will be advantageous
- Versatile with any communications software
- Self-starter and independent worker with initiative
- Creative and has a flair for design
