**Your Responsibilities**:

- Manage HR operations functions and performance management
- Creating the workplace culture of OnlinePajak in multiple offices
- Manage in preparation of monthly payroll, claim, and reimbursement
- Manage employee insurances, compensation & benefit
- Manage and prepare all HR administrations formalities, documents and income tax preparation
- Manage government claims submissions
- Attending to employee’s enquiries, resolving issues, handling disciplinary issues and grievance
- Prepare and coordinate Company trainings
- Prepare Salary Increment and Market Intelligence
- Support the execution of employer branding activities and initiatives

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3-4 years’ experience in HR field
- Understanding of MOM regulatory requirements and Singapore labour law
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Good verbal and communication skills
- Has a Tech-savvy, digital mindset
- Willingness to grow and learn on the go
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work under a tight schedule and pressure
- Ability to adapt to a wide range of work procedure and operational guidelines
- Comfortable working with project management and HRtech tools: gsuite, trello, confluence, linkedIn, employee management systems
- Experience in tech startup - needs to be fast paced but detail oriented
- People’s person may need to do some business partner work
