**Role location** Flexible within Asia Pacific. **ASPAC Regional Team** As part of the regional team you will play an integral role in helping firms meet Trust and Growth ambitions, promoting consistency and collaboration, so that KPMG becomes the Clear Choice for clients and talent. This role presents an exciting opportunity to build relationships with senior leaders across member firms throughout the Asia Pacific region. **The role - Working with the ESG ASPAC Leader, COO and PMO in the Hub you will: - Understand the sustainability and ESG imperative and context for embedding ESG as a watermark in the firm in everything we do at KPMG - Support the development of the ASPAC ESG hub - Help to build the regional priority propositions and solution playbooks with an ASPAC context and case studies - Participate in the ESG Community of Practice. - Interaction, facilitation, engagement and collaboration across the regional and global IMPACT and ESG teams **Deliverables and accountabilities** **Go to Market** - Help to develop service propositions for "ESG Priority Solutions" for ASPAC to roll out and scaled up between the ASPAC firms and aligned with global - Help to collate key credentials and proposals for sharing across the region and maintain the information on the portal - Provide supporting materials and reports for major regional pitches and proposals, in particular for the regional priority accounts and sectors **Enablement** - Support the operationalization of the ASPAC ESG hub, including operational activities and progress reporting (e.g. hiring, learning, marketing, communications) - Contribute to the ASPAC ESG community and share best practices - Support knowledge management, content creation and maintenance on MS Teams and the website that can be leveraged across the region **Operations** - Reporting and tracking progress on regional ESG initiatives - Organise and support various meetings across the ASPAC ESG Working Group, building a solid foundational knowledge of the regional hub operating model and activities **Skills and experience - Minimum 2 years experience working in sustainability and ESG within a professional service or corporate environment; passionate about the sustainability and ESG imperative - Have excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with senior audiences, with the ability to present information in a clear and effective manner - Have a strong sense of responsibility and ownership, with the ability to work independently and to pursue tasks through to completion with energy, initiative and enthusiasm - Be a strong team player and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver projects and tasks effectively with senior leaders - Cultural awareness and understanding is essential. Previous experience of working across functions and geographies will help you succeed - Strong MS Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Teams - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience - Excellent English, with Chinese or other Asian language skills an advantage - Able and available to travel internationally in the range of 20-30% - Have excellent interpersonal skills, able to engage, influence, build networks and relationships across key stakeholders **Leadership and behaviours - Role models purpose-driven and values-led leadership.
