The Global Transparency Reporting - ASPAC (GTR ASPAC) team is responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to ensure the development, implementation and execution of transparency reporting program is consistent and meets all country, industry, and regulatory requirements. This regional role supports both sectors (MedTech and Pharm) and enterprise functions (e.g., R&D, Supply Chain, and other corporate functions) across ASPAC to communicate and develop plans for meeting Johnson & Johnson’s transparency reporting requirements. The role requires a strategic leader with a focus on continuous improvement, vigilance, and the development of innovative approaches to access, manage and report relevant data sources by partnering across functional areas such as Information Technology, Procurement, Legal etc. This role may require partnership and influencing with external stakeholders such as industry associations and regulatory bodies.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Partner with and lead members of the GTR ASPAC to develop and execute a dynamic, risk-based strategy that ensures complaint transparency reporting across sectors (MedTech and Pharm) and enterprise functions (Supply Chain, R&D, and other Corporate Functions).
- Execute on project plan and key deliverables for Transparency Reporting in partnership with regional and country business leaders and HCC Officers. Perform data reviews and gap analysis while continuously improving data collection processes to increase data integrity and accuracy of transparency reports.
- Demonstrate an Operational Excellence mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and learning. Includes evaluating current systems and data landscape, dynamically changing business environment, external regulatory requirements, and internal processes to drive reporting compliance. Influence process changes to enable accurate reporting, while implementing process and systems efficiencies. Integrate insights from external stakeholders through benchmarking, networking, industry associations etc.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, e.g., HCCO, Legal, Government Affairs, to proactively review, analyze and interpret new/changing transparency regulations and to make recommendations on policy changes and how to best implement the transparency reporting requirements. If logístically feasible, participate in industry trade association meetings or government public hearings to shape any proposed new or expanded disclosure requirements.
- Perform periodic risk assessment to identify external and internal environment changes that could impact the effectiveness of existing transparency reporting program. Participate in SWOT review, as required by the GTR Leadership Team, to identify gaps and improvement opportunities that could help ensure the company’s readiness to respond to potential inquiry from external stakeholders, e.g., government or industry association.
- Ensure direct reports are aligned to overall vision, key priorities, and deliverables. Enable a culture of innovation, accountability, development, and constant learning. Develop a high functioning team through talent and skill development through recruitment, training and coaching of direct reports.

**Other Duties**:

- Project management - sponsorship or leadership
- Meeting planning/organization or sponsorship
- Administrative activities related to self (e.g. Concur, Travel mgmt., etc.) and direct reports.
- Other duties as assigned by HCC Management

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 8 years’ experience, with at least 5 years’ of demonstrated leadership in HCC or related compliance function (Regulatory, Quality, Finance, etc.) required
- Proven track record influencing senior leadership leading in cross sector/regional role required.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate and implement process improvements for regional, cross sector initiatives required.
- Demonstrated analytical skills required.
- Track record of successful innovation to streamline processes and business operations, including process design and implementation.
- Executive communication skills.
- People management and/or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Process excellence training and certification preferred.
- Project Management certification preferred.
