We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented **Recruiter Officer** to play a key role in our recruitment efforts. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent to support our company’s growth. If you have experience in recruitment, sourcing, and data mining, we’d love to hear from you

**What you’ll do**:

- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, interviews, selection, and onboarding
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Support employer branding and outreach initiatives to attract top talent
- Provide timely updates and reports on recruitment progress to meet hiring targets

**What we’re looking for**:

- CEI certification (mandatory)
- Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition (in-house or agency)
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, resourceful, and team-oriented mindset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: From $2,800.00 per month
