Position Summary
The Commercial Planning & Operations Executive is responsible for leading the administrative, planning and reporting functions within the Singapore Commercial team. This role is integral to support an integrated and seamless commercial and operational process both internally and externally to achieve Every Day Great Execution (EDGE) with best in-class operational support.
Job Description
- Lead the inventory and allocation management processes with accountability for managing the distributor supply requirements vs available inventory allocations alongside the internal customer service team.
- Responsible for leading and co-ordinating the filing, tracking and processing of Commercial contracts and documentation.
- Lead the internal tracking and reporting of marketing and promotional activity to support measurements vs KPIs and other accountable metrics.
- Maintain and update the market’s pricing matrix and respective price lists in alignment with inventory and business requirements.
- Supervise, verify and support the timely processing of payment to trade customers and vendors; ensure process is always compliant to internal policy.
- Liaise with wholesalers to ensure timely and accurate monthly submission of reports relating to depletion, inventory and trade investments.
- Responsible for the accurate audit, verification and processing of claims from wholesalers and customers relating to trade investment.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the ordering and sales process to ensure distributors and customers adhere to the agreed trading and operational terms.
- Assist Trade Marketing Manager in event and campaign preparation.
- Provide on-site support for trade and consumer events as and when required.
Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 3 years relevant work experience, preferably in the Consumer Goods industry as part of a Commercial team.
- Good written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task.
- Able to manage and influence multiple stakeholders.
