**JOB FUNCTION**:
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Follows complex defined test plans and datasheets utilizing a single technology. Evaluates test performance and sample operation to properly evaluate test results. Records and explains test results and completes test report.
- Serves as Associate Test Engineer (Test Engineer) for complex test projects as assigned. Communicates project status and results as needed. Holds responsibility for defining test plan, report completion and accuracy, meeting agreed timeline, and managing project related activities.
- Examines complex customer samples and learns to operate appropriate tests for each case. Communicates with customers during setup and operation to ensure proper evaluation.
- Understands and is able to explain specific test standards and product technology for scope of responsibility.
- Directs, builds and/or adapts with simple test setups and equipment to new situations, based on test plans and instructions from engineering. Trains other lab staff on these test procedures or equipment.
- To be able to master the basic operation of the EMC test equipment appropriately to test on customer samples. May perform calibration of test equipment and liaising with external supplier to send lab equipment for calibration.
- Experience on performing complex maintenance on designated EMC/RF test equipment would be an added advantage.
- Integrates continuous improvement concepts and techniques into all aspects of the job.
- Communicates with management and technical staff to provide suggestions for new equipment, processes, and forms to improve accuracy and efficiencies.
- Complete internal cross training within the require timeframe is essential unless otherwise stated.
- Performs other duties as directed.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- University Degree or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Technology, plus 2 to 4 years of directly related work experience in Test, Inspection and Certification (TIC) or testing environment.
- ** Familiar with test standards and certification process for Electromotive Force (EMF), Radio Frequency (RF), Wireless**:

- Effective communication skills and ability to interact with customers.
- Organized and have excellent time management skills.
- Possess ability to be innovative and creative.
- Able to work independently and is a Team Player.
