Mechanical Completion Lead Engineer

Singapore SEATRIUM (SG) PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Leads for Mechanical completion activities
- Inducts safe work practice and procedure
- Assigns tasks and manage the Mechanical completion team
- Organizes and coordinate FAT’s, EFAT with the vendors
- Coordinates and liaise with other discipline to expedite system handover and prioritize construction sequence
- Reviews and monitor Inspections and systems handover and make the job compliant to project specification
- Develops quantifiable benchmarks and everyone knows when the goal shall be achieved or completed (e.g. KPI)
- Demonstrates leadership in managing the subcontractor and immediate supervisor.
- Plans and control of day to day activities,coordinating with the subcontractor and discuss on the outstanding activities during the weekly progress meetings and arranging materials for the subcontractor to move with the job
- Bridges between the Commissioning team and Fabrication team and ensure the system handover is done as per commissioning requirements
- Coordinates with team members in the preparation of the Risk assessments / Method statement for the activities
- Communicates effectively regards of project expectations to team members
- Identifies and resolve issues and conflicts within the project teamManages preservation activities ,changes in project scope, identify potential crisis and devise contingency plans

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in similar industry
- Proficient in MS officeAble to work from heights and/or confined spaces
