**Roles & Responsibilities**

We are offering the role of Admin (Full-time) to be a part of our dynamic and fast-growing professional services arm.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

- Processing payments and documents such as invoices, employee reimbursements etc.
- Ordering of office supplies as and when required
- Manage Account receivable and account payments with clients and suppliers.
- To deal with transactions for the petty cash and ensure that reconciliations are completed
- To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare cheque payment (if any) and online transaction.
- Other administrative duties such as proper filing of documents, collecting and sorting incoming mail.
- Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies.
- Performing basic office tasks like filing, data entry, and mail processing.
- Other admin related adhoc duties.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum N Levels or the equivalent
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field will be an advantage.
- Experience in the Renovation or Construction industry will be a bonus
- Required Skill(s): MS Office & General accounting
- Proficiency in XERO accounting software will be a bonus
- Responsible, positive work attitude, good interpersonal skills, and fast learner
- Able to work independently and take initiative in the jobs.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
