**Responsibilities**
Responsible for supporting the CAO office and APAC senior management in various business and/or corporate strategy projects and market development activities, as well as governance and reporting activities.
1. Assists senior management in creating strategic plans, including developing marketing plans in new geographies
2. Analyzes industry trends, business performance, internal investment opportunities, and acquisitions
3.Responsible for governance reporting for various committees in and outside APAC.
4. Responsible for working on and remediating relevant risk related issues which may impact the business
5.Responsible for managing projects that may be large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult
6. Responsible for developing, implementing and administering various strategic programs within the business
**Qualifications**
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
- In-depth financial and business analysis skills required
- Good knowledge of asset servicing and/or securities services products and services is preferred
- Analytical and problem solving skills are required
- Technical skills / systems knowledge (e.g. Microsoft Office and Teams) is required
- Strong and project management skills is required
- Strong ability to think out-of-the box and to work independently
- A good College or University degree and relevant proven work experience in business analysis and project management within financial services or consulting firms are required
