**Job Description**:
Role Overview

This internship offers a unique hybrid experience: you’ll serve as a Barista & Front of House team member while also supporting our Marketing & Admin team. You’ll gain hands-on customer service skills, learn barista craft, and also contribute to campaigns, content, and daily operations management.

Key Responsibilities

Barista & Front of House
- Prepare and serve coffee, smoothies, teas, and superfood drinks.
- Greet guests warmly, assist with orders, and recommend food/drink pairings.
- Handle cashiering, POS, and takeaway/online orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and service flow in the restaurant.

Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and executing social media content (TikTok, IG, FB).
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
- Capture photos/videos for content creation.
- Research F&B and wellness trends for campaign ideas.

Admin & Operations
- Support scheduling, stock-taking, and daily restaurant admin tasks.
- Assist in documentation, filing, and reporting.
- Coordinate with vendors, delivery partners, and customers when needed.
- Provide ad-hoc support to management in projects.

**Requirements**:

- Current student or recent graduate (Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Nutrition, or related fields).
- Passionate about health, wellness, and F&B.
- Creative, organised, and willing to take initiative.
- Good communication skills in English (written & spoken).
- Flexible and adaptable—comfortable in both customer-facing and back-end roles.
- Familiarity with social media (TikTok, IG, Canva, or video editing tools is a plus).
