Senior Facilities Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the facilities management team and oversee day-to-day operations across all buildings and infrastructure.
- Develop and manage budgets for maintenance, repairs, capital improvements, and operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and building regulations.
- Oversee maintenance schedules, HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and other critical systems.
- Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality, cost-effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
- Coordinate office moves, space planning, and reconfigurations as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure facilities meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Handle emergency response planning and crisis management for facility-related incidents.
- Lead sustainability and energy-efficiency initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments (IT, HR, Security) to align facility strategies with company goals.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8-10 years of experience in facilities management
- Professional certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager), FMP (Facility Management Professional), or equivalent preferred.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and space management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in facilities management software (e.g., CAFM, CMMS).
- Ability to manage multiple sites and large-scale projects.
