Description Join to apply for the Senior Facilities Manager role at JLL 6 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Key Responsibilities Ensure that properties, facilities, fixtures, and equipment are maintained in good condition, promptly and efficiently maintaining and ordering necessary parts and supplies. Develop and implement facility maintenance policies, organizing and coordinating preventive maintenance, repairs, and technical optimizations of building facilities. Handle common issues related to the building, such as regularly painting public areas, and providing additional maintenance for exhibition spaces as needed. Manage and control small-scale maintenance expenditures, evaluating the economic and professional suitability of reported measures. Work closely with the operational team, flexibly adjusting schedules to meet changing needs, and participate in planning to support other business units. Possess professional knowledge in building maintenance and proficiency in other services such as plumbing and small machinery operations. Requirements Education: Hold an academic degree or professional qualification in facility management, architecture, civil engineering, or a related field. Language: Excellent oral, listening, and written skills in English. Work Experience: Have several years of experience in facility operations and maintenance in a fast-paced environment (such as hotels, events), with project opening experience and program experience preferred. Knowledge and Skills: Possess equipment and facility management knowledge, project implementation, measurement, and tracking abilities, as well as hands‑on problem‑solving skills. Additionally, demonstrate proficiency in computer skills. Others: Proactive and challenge ourselves to be next level style. Additional Skills Maintain a positive and optimistic work attitude, excellent communication skills, and superior time management and priority handling abilities. Be familiar with property safety, first aid, firefighting, and emergency response procedures, able to operate relevant equipment safely and cautiously. May also require experience in plant operation system management, including gas systems, chemical systems, pure water and wastewater systems, electrical equipment, HVAC systems, etc. Work Environment and Schedule Able to adapt to some nighttime, weekend, and holiday work schedules.
