**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Manage and organize office files and documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.

**Event Planning (Occasional)**:

- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, such as client appreciation nights, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Work with vendors, venues, and other external partners to ensure smooth event execution.
- Help develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics.
- Prepare event materials and promotional content.

**Social Media Management (Basic)**:

- Manage and update the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Create engaging content that reflects our brand values and services.
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and respond in a timely manner.
- Track and analyze social media performance, suggesting improvements to increase engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum education: Diploma (or relevant work experience).
- Proficient in English (Mandarin is a plus but not mandatory).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Canva or Photoshop (preferred but not required).
