You are the lead manager in charge of driving partnerships and change management initiatives for GF Singapore to improve productivity, foster innovation, and drive cost savings. This entails working with both internal stakeholders and external parties such as small-medium enterprises, institutes and universities to achieve desired outcomes. GF Singapore is a huge multi-site facility with many initiatives and improvements programs. As such, you will strategize and execute key short-medium business priorities for Singapore leadership including but not limited to setting up of corporate offices and other special projects. Over time, you will be able to grow into a business advocate for Singapore leadership to handle key business priorities. In this role, you will work with different functional groups within GF, and will also work with the strategic business units and sales organization over time. The role requires strong understanding of change management and managing partnerships. The capability to work with middle and senior management on a regular basis, strong problem solving, ability to pick up influence and persuasion skills and good communication skills will enable growth.

**Your Job**
- Drive currently identified change management initiatives to meet desired outcomes. This includes working with stakeholders on project management, budget, milestones, communication with internal and external parties, etc.
- Evaluate and propose other potential initiatives for consideration and execution
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive the above initiatives
- Support leadership initiatives on other special projects including the establishment of corporate offices to support our manpower needs and growth in next 1-2 years.
- Work with team to establish strong analytical data and market intelligence based on Power BI, etc. Use analysis to provide insights and proposals to Fab leadership, business units & sales
- Be able to champion the Fab perspective and influence outcomes with the corporate organization after 1-2 years- Advisor and solution provider for part of our 300mm portfolio to Fab GM for relevant business-related issues (issues impacting customers & manufacturing)- Drive some of the following outcomes
- including end of life plan, customer contracts internal review and negotiation, managing risk factors, push-back on customer requests, customer/technology migration strategy, etc.
- Find opportunities and drive good business practices from one Fab to other manufacturing locations within the company in Singapore, Dresden and the US.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s in electrical engineering or equivalent related field or equivalent experience
- At least 8 to 10 years of experience in semiconductor foundry, fabless IC, integrated device manufacturer (“IDM”) or relevant related high technology industry
- Keen understanding of high-tech manufacturing processes and change management
- Strong Capability in managing external partnerships and internal stakeholders, drive projects, milestones and outcomes
- Excellent communicator, can influence, persuade and relate to middle and senior management
- Proactive and ability to pull together and lead cross functional teams
- Strong commercial and analytical skills and can perform financial analysis and generate robust business cases
- Potential or proven ability facilitate interlock/summit sessions involving cross functional organization and leadership
- Cross cultural capability - able to work in global organization that interacts regularly across SG, North Asia, EMEA, and US
- Some travel may be required

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master’s Degree in similar related field or MBA would be an added advantage
- Relevant technical semiconductor experience preferably related to semiconductor foundry
- Good understanding of semiconductor industry, value chain and manufacturing
- Prior business experience in sales, product/technical marketing, channel partnership or related business roles in Foundry, Fabless IC or OEMs
