A Business Development Manager at FC AUTO GARAGE PTE. The role also involves conducting market research and competitor analysis, managing the sales process, negotiating contracts, and ensuring an excellent customer experience to expand market share and achieve sustainable growth.

**Specific Responsibilities**

Individual to be involved in:
1. Develop and implement business development strategies to support company growth and expand market presence.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.

3. Plan and carry out marketing and promotional activities to strengthen brand visibility and attract customers.

4. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare reports to support management decisions.

5. Prepare business proposals, negotiate terms, and establish agreements with clients.

6. Manage client relationships effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational alignment with business objectives.

**Technical Skills and Competencies**

1. Gain in-depth knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes, including diagnostics, installation of key components (brakes, suspension, air-conditioning systems), and understanding the full service workflow.

2. Develop expertise in creating and managing online marketing campaigns, including SEO optimization, social media strategy (Facebook)and content marketing tailored to automotive services.

3. Learn advanced sales strategies, including consultative selling, value-based selling, proposal development, and closing techniques. 4. Manage client data, monitor sales pipelines, track interactions, and implement loyalty programs. Learn automated follow-up scheduling and database segmentation.
