**Role**:
This is a full-time, onsite, School Attendant Role in MOE Primary School. If you are selected, You will work closely with the Principal, Vice Principal, Operations Manager and/ Admin Manager, SPL, in MOE Primary School (nearest MRT- Clementi) in the day-to-day activities.

**Responsibilities**:
The officer will be part of the School Administration Team (SAT) to provide operational support to ensure smooth and effective operations of the school:

- Assist Operations Manager in general maintenance of school environment and

upkeep of school facilities such as reporting building and equipment defects,

checking school supplies are well stocked, cleaning of special rooms.
- Ensure the security of the school including the opening and closing of school gates and rooms; operating the security alarm system; and reporting cases of security concern.
- Provide support for routine operational tasks and ad-hoc tasks such as logístical

support for school events including carrying and arranging furniture and equipment; and performing traffic control or ushering duties.
- Assist the Operations Manager in-coordinating with Term Contractors for the

maintenance of school ground, facilities and equipment.
- Carry out any other operational or administrative duties assigned by the school

**Job Requirements**:

- Ability to communicate effectively and work in teams
- Prior experience in any of the below areas would be an advantage:
❖ Logistics-related work

❖ Cleaning duties
- Physically fit to be able to perform the role and duties effectively

**Summary**:
**Contract Period: From 1 Aug 2025 to 30 Apr 2026 (9 months)**

**Working Hours**:
**Personnel to be deployed at the following hours (in rotation with other colleagues)**

**Mondays to Thursdays**:
**6.15am to 3.30pm (with 15 min morning break) or**

**8am to 5pm or**

**10am to 7pm**

**(inclusive of 30 min lunch break)**

**Fridays**:
**6.15am to 3pm (with 15 min morning break) or**

**8am to 4.30pm or**

**10.30am to 7pm**

**( inclusive of 30 min lunch break)**

**Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays, unless with major school events.**
