**General**

This position will be based in our office in Singapore.
You will be part of the HR team and you will be reporting to the HR Business Partner based in the HQ, in the Netherlands.
- Reviewing and posting technical job descriptions
- Cooperate with all stakeholders and provide assistance in technical assessment and medical checks
- Collecting documents and processing with the recruitment steps
- Ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process
- Cooperate with the HR department on the recruitment process and strategies
- Having fun and enjoying what you do

**Function requirements**
- Completed first-level university degree
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant recruitment or sourcing experience in a technical environment
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Solid knowledge of the marine/shipping industry
- Having a marine network will be considered a strong advantage
- Fluency in English is a must; one language used in Mr Marine's international offices will be a plus
