**Company Overview**:
**E&H Consulting Group**is a Singapore-based professional services firm helping global businesses and entrepreneurs establish and grow their presence in Singapore.

We are expanding our marketing team and looking for a **Digital Marketing Assistant**with strong SEO experience and an interest in **AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)**and **AIO (AI Optimization)**to help grow our online presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the digital marketing team with **SEO, AEO, and AIO initiatives**to increase search visibility and organic traffic.
- Conduct **keyword research, competitive analysis,**and identify new content opportunities.
- Optimize website content, blog articles, and landing pages for **search engines and AI/answer engines**(e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity).
- Assist in writing or editing **SEO-optimized copy**for web pages, social media, and articles.
- Manage and schedule content on company **social media channels**(LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Track and report on website analytics, keyword rankings, and engagement metrics.
- Stay updated on **the latest trends and algorithm updates**in SEO, AEO, and AI-powered search tools.
- Coordinate with the content, design, and technical teams to ensure consistency in brand and messaging.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of hands-on experience**in SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical).
- Skilled in **keyword research**, **Google Search Console**, **Google Analytics**, and basic **CMS (e.g., Squarespace)**.
- Experience with **social media content creation and posting**.
- Strong writing and communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Prior experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper, etc.) is a plus.

**Work Arrangement**:

- **Part-time**:5 to 20 hours per week
- **Flexible working hours**; remote or hybrid arrangement possible
- Opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the team expands
